Position Title: Customer Experience & Engagement Leader
Base Location: Seletar, Singapore

Responsibilities:

•    Provide day-to-day customer service support for WingsOverAsia’s membership program and flight concierge services, while ensuring fast response time, consistent service level and top customer satisfaction
•    Provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination (both offline and online) for service delivery processes, including service request, service delivery, after-sales follow-up and on-going account management<
•    Project manage customer service delivery and customer experience initiatives such as benefits fulfillment, loyalty programs, seminars, events, flying trips and associated initiatives
•    Creatively design and execute loyalty programs with regular account engagement programs
•    Lead improvements to achieve concierge response time metrics and service level targets set by management
•    Assist managing director in commercial and marketing presentations and agreements
•    Provide regular account management, service tracking and customer satisfaction reports

Requirements:
•    Diploma or similar in Marketing/Hospitality or relevant discipline
•    At least 3 years of hands-on customer service experience in hospitality industry desired
•    Good spoken and written English, additionally, spoken Chinese or Bahasa Malay desired
•    Must be able to prepare presentations and commercial agreements independently
•    Class 3 driving license mandatory with clean record
•    Must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekend-shift duties and 24-oncall
•    Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring minimal direction

Position Title: Aircraft Avionics Engineer (Glass Cockpits)
Base Location: Seletar, Singapore

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate scheduled/non-scheduled maintenance schedules for aircraft owners
- Oversee timely parts ordering and resource coordination to ensure maintenance completed on time and to customer expectations<br>
- Inspect, test, repair, maintain, and service aircraft. Test avionics system operations, using testing equipment and be comfortable working with software.
- Be able to provide preventive maintenance monitoring for all WOA member's aircraft by examining and inspecting Avionics components.
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Be good at troubleshooting and diagnosing problems for root causes before recommending corrective actions

<b>Requirements:</b>
- 3+ years of experience as an Aviation A&P Mechanic with focus on Avionics is required (MANDANTORY to posses FAA A&P certification).
- Recent experience as an Aviation A&P Mechanic is required.
- Experience with GENERAL AVIATION piston/turboprop airframes are required.
- Must have Garmin or Honeywell Glass Cockpit or GPS avionics experience
- Must be able to document maintenance performed on required forms.
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring minimal direction
- Must be able to read, write and speak English


Position Title: Flight Support & Membership Concierge Executive
Base Location: Seletar, Singapore

Responsibilities:

•    Day-to-day flight concierge and flight operations support for aircraft operators including administrative support for pre-flight paperwork, preparing required airport/flight documents
•    Coordinate all logistics and provide concierge assistance to private aircrafts, crew and passengers including driving flight crew and passengers to/from aircrafts
•    Receive, coordinate, manage worldwide flight requests and monitor flight progress
•    Day-to-day administrative and customer service support (both online and offline) for WingsOverAsia’s concierge membership programs services such as benefits fulfillment, events, seminars, flying trips and associated initiatives
•    Manage and fulfill all customer concierge requests within service level standards and response time set by management
•    Support sales, marketing and customer engagement initiatives as required
•    Provide regular tracking and update reports to management
•    Assist in various other administrative or operational duties as directed

Requirements:
•    Diploma or similar in Sales/Marketing/Hospitality or relevant discipline
•    3-5 years of hands-on customer service experience in hospitality or MICE industry desired
•    Good spoken and written English, spoken Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia or Thai highly desired
•    Class 3 driving license mandatory with clean record
•    5 day work week with weekend-shift duties and willingness to work a flexible schedule including 24-oncall
•    Good spoken and written English, with Mandarin or Malay as second language
•    Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring minimal direction
•    Punctual and excellent customer service attitude
•    Pleasant, courteous and outgoing personality with lots of smiles
